The brown color was perfect. Black ended up being way too only dark on me. Coverage good without water. Do the applicators need to be switched frequently? Will it transfer on clothes or not stay put if I apply it dry? What suggestions do u have for me and can I substitute the black for another dark brown? Thx for reaching out hopefully with some suggestions will be happier with it.

I did receive the product and actually attempted to use the product one time. The color is too dark for my hair. Is it possible to return the product and get a lighter shade and get credit for the returned product?

If you are in a hurry it is not good. Takes too much time to spread. Also it dries fast and you can pull it off if you go over it to darken an area. Lotion was much better but it will do for now. .

Doesn't work well for me dry. colors don't mix well and don't stay on well. When I use it wet and have to redry my hair it's a mess to style. Too little hair for that much playing around with it. 'I'm sure it works well for many it just didn't for me. Thanks for asking!

I am not sure if you folks at Dermatch changed the ingredients recently or if I got a bad batch, but I have been using this product for twenty years nearly and this batch leaves my hair feeling greasier and requires more product for coverage. Love the product just not this batch. Sure hope it was just a one time thing and that you folks didn't go messing with the recipe. Thanks

I did as the videos showed, but the product looks as if it’s been painted on. I also blow dryer as it showed but it doesn’t seem to stay on much. I have to touch it up, which is understandable I guess. It’s like putting another coating on when it should not be coming off considering I haven’t done any shampooing.

I am not very satisfied with the product. It's difficult to apply and results in a chalky shoe polish type finish. It's possible that a professional stylist might be able to do a better job of applying it but it should be easy enough that anyone can apply it. It's also extremely difficult to apply to the back of your head. It was nominally helpful for my hairline at the front top and sides but not a great finish. It doesn't look natural. Unfortunately, the product does not work for me. I will be looking into other options. Thanks.

I felt that it gave good coverage and did not cause itching or irritation. I was super excited about the fact that it should have to be purchased less often than fibers and that there is essentially no mess on my bathroom counter. However, having said that, I have been unable to find any video examples of how a woman with long hair is supposed to be able to use this effectively. My hair dries before I can get it applied in all areas and applying it to dry hair seemed to make my hair appear chalky and dull.

Very disappointed. Coverage was difficult for me and then once applied and do to my hot flashes, discoloration would appear on my face towards hair line. This product states hair needs to be washed to be removed, untrue.
