Hello I ordered 2 , and one of them I returned today .. I called you last week and advised that I am keeping one and returning the 2nd one -- the reason is that I ordered two different colors and once I used one , I decided that I need to stay with only one color and I am returning the other color as you stated please process the refund of $47.00 once you receive my returned item Thank you for your service ... I’m still working on how to get the best coverage for myself. I found that putting it on damp scalp and while my hair is damp is working best for me. I don’t have a issue with it getting all over my but of course I am only using it on my alopecia spots and part. It’s the best that I have used, and I have used several different brands. Thanks for coming up with something that is great for women with alopecia hair.

I think that this is a great product. I only wish that it wasn't so messy during application. There is a lot of residual powder that gets all over the bathroom when I use the blow dryer to help blend this product into my hair.

I have been using DermMatch for about 10 years. I have trouble applying it to the top and back of my head, but at least the front looks ok. I apply it myself because most of the hairdressers I've been to refuse. They say they can only use products approved by their owner/company. I saw a self employed hairdresser for several years who would use my DermMatch and she did a great job but then she retired during the pandemic. I paid her for a "full-price color" appointment. Wish: to convince commercial salons to use DermMatch.
