I did receive the product but was not completely satisfied. I watched a lot of videos reviews but it really didn't work that way.

I did as the videos showed, but the product looks as if it’s been painted on. I also blow dryer as it showed but it doesn’t seem to stay on much. I have to touch it up, which is understandable I guess. It’s like putting another coating on when it should not be coming off considering I haven’t done any shampooing.

I have used your product for over 25 years, from medium brown to light brown, to now, silver gray and couldn't be happier. Silver gray is starting to slowly transition to white. Do you ever offer a sample color? Anyway love DermMatch.

The product is extremely messy, I’m constantly having to clean shirts and jackets and coats. I seem to always have a white film on my ears which is a major annoyance.

I’m not sure if I am using the product right it looks like I’m painting my scalp. Could you please explain how to do it . It said to wet the applicator than rub the disk but it seams if you don’t wet it, it does not do anything. I would appreciate it if you could please let me know how to do it. Thank You

Hello, the product I received was very hard to apply on hair. It doesn't spread evenly, I followed the instructions closely and applied water to the applicator but its still wouldn't spread. How does your money back guarantee work? Thank you

The product exceeded my expectations. It is a little tricky to apply but my situation is not so bad so I only treat a small area. It is much better than the fibers. It also stays on very well until I shampoo.
