I think your product is amazing, you would get thousands if not hundreds of thousands more orders (and subsequent repeat orders) if you had salespeople conducting demonstrations in large malls and shopping centers. Here in Australia I've never seen this done and there are no comparable competitors (that I know of) who are in this market. I expect that would be the case worldwide because I have yet to find a comparable product (although there are many expensive pretenders) that is as effective. The baby boomers are waiting for you!

I have the dark brown which is almost black looking so I was told to use the lighter brown with it. I don't like the results, it puts too much on my scalp and 'bogs' down my hair. I need a brown in between which you don't have

I loved it the first time I tried it. My hair actually holds better with it in. My beautician put it on for me and several people in the shop including two of the beauticians will be ordering it. I do have a question since I am naturally white haired and do not need to cover roots but use it because to camaflauge my scalp due to thinning hair should it be applied only to the scalp or to the hair at the roots, also?

Very pleased with the product. I work as a musician and model and have a small patch of hair loss right in the center of my hairline. My dermatologist couldn't come up with a solution for me and I thought I was going to have to get a hair graft until I tried DermMatch. Great stuff!

Love the product. Also does a very good job, as a base, in the area where I have very little hair, so that I can use hair fibers for a more natural look. Would be nice if Dermmatch would offer a similar item so that I can purchase both solutions from same source.

I've tried sprays in the past and I definitely prefer DermMatch. The color looks black like it should (unlike the sprays) and the ingredients are healthier for the scalp. It takes a while to apply but the results are worth it. The price is also much more reasonable than the sprays I've bought. Great buy!

I mailed back yesterday one dark brown in exchange for one RED. It's very difficult to get the color correct and since I sent back to you on my dime - you could at least send me back my exchange without charging me another shipping charge. I think more people would be inclined to purchase more for the mere purpose of experimenting. Also how about the ability to choose 2 colors in one pallet for blending? THAT WOULD BE AWESOME Cheers!

I love the thickness and coverage, but I find it to be a bit messy. If you accidentally put too much in a spot, it is very noticeable. Overall, I like the product.

This is my first order with the new applicators. My experience is that the applicators have to be changed out often in order to work well. I have a large scalp area requiring coverage so I run through quite a few applicators. Needless to say I was disappointed to only receive a few of the new applicators. The only difference in the old versus new applicators is a slightly larger application area and new/fixed applicator handle. I would much prefer to receive many of the simple (but effective old applicators) over the few new version applicators. I realize you offer free applicators upon request, but there is still a cost in the form of inconvenience and postage charges. This complaint aside, I will say I would never go out in public without a hat/cap but for this product, so it is a blessing to me.

Cannot comment on the product now as I just started using it. I was told that the product can be distributed from Singapore, do I still pay for it in USD in my next order? I live in Singapore.
