I can't get it to work. I'm using distilled water, but my email response from you is to pour distilled water over my scalp after showering. I can't afford that. I live in an apt and can't do anything about the water. I'm still trying, but this may not work out for me.

Hello, I very much like the product. The color black that I picked is a bit too dark and I believe I should have selected the dark brown instead. Any possibility of me exchanging the black one for a dark brown? Best Regards

I love it. I am 77 years old. I have silver not white thin, silky hair. The concealer works beautifully when I pull the sides of my hair up into a clip. It covers the balding spots without leaving an obvious residue. Deem Match is the only company that had the best color for silver hair.

I lost nearly all of my hair to chemo a year ago and recently was told that it most likely will not grow back. That's why I ordered the product, but I have so much area to cover that it takes too long to apply, then doesn't look anywhere close to natural. I'm sure it's a fine product for someone who has a small bald spot or just thinning hair. It just doesn't work for me. Sorry.

My tip is this. I lay a damp paper towel in the sink and place the disc on top of it so I can catch the powder that overflows, keep my applicator clean as I go, and it makes for easy cleanup when I am finished. Thanks for making this great product.
