I am pretty satisified with my purchase, however I do believe I should have gone for one shade darker. It would be nice to switch my order with the black color instead.

The product worked great. I am African American, we typically wash our hair once every 2-3 weeks. I have tried the product on hair that had not been washed for over a week it lasted 3-4 days before my scalp was extra itchy so I washed it and now back to normal. I plan to try again right after my next wash to see how long the product lasts & if any little irritation shows up.

I do like the product. However I have Salt and Pepper color hair and the Silver Gray shade is a little too light colored. I may need to purchase a second color to mix with the Silver Gray.

I used Dermmatch dark brown for years and it colored and thickened my thinning hair and even helped cover my white scalp. Now that I've let my pure white hair grow naturally it really showed the thinning hair atop my head. I was a little embarrassed and had wished I hadn't gone natural white. But then I was surprised to see Dermmatch had the color white. I immediately ordered it but doubted the white color wouldnt hide or thicken the appearance of my hair. It is amazing and it thickens, hides the scalp and perfectly matches my hair. It's given me back my confidence! I only need to use it once a week so it should last for a good period of time. I only wish it was less expensive or occasionally discounted. Thanks Dermmatch!

I really wanted to like this, but unfortunately it doesn’t work that well for me. I’ve been using it for about two weeks, and it ends up looking pretty blotchy, so I don’t think it looks very good on me. The color is nice, but overall I wouldn’t use it again.

Thank you for sending this questionnaire. I appreciate a company that has enough respect for its customers to check in to see how satisfied they are with their product. My hair has been a "dishwater blonde" in my younger years. Now that there is hair loss on top, some gray hairs coming in, the light gray choice that you offer is WAY too light and does not cover the bald areas at all. I was hoping for a bit darker gray to cover. Again, thank you for checking in. Hopefully, one day you will be able to offer the darker gray. My son, has been using your brown and has worked out wonderfully, he told me about your products and how much he loves it.

It took a few tries to figure out how to make it work with styling products. I think it's a great product, but it still requires some Toppik fibers on top to totally cover the scalp. I'm not sure if I need more Dermmatch or if I need a better technique of applying it, but I only have to use a small amount of fibers now. The only problem with that is I sitll can't get the hair wet or be in rain or be touched. So I would prefer to figure out how to use JUST the Dermmatch. Thanks - the delivery was fast.
