I'm sorry to have to say your product does not work for me. I may have high oil content on my scalp that prevents it from working properly on my small amount of hair.How do I request a refund for this product.I can ship it back to the address it was shipped from if you like.Thank you.

After trying endless possibilities of other products to help conceal my thinning hair, I began using DermMatch product about 5 years ago. The product is exactly as advertised! Only shampoo and water will remove it once it has been applied. My dermatologist was very excited when I told him about it and he has been using and recommending it to his patients. I highly recommend this.

Love this product. My hair is white/grey. I have a lot of hair loss on the top of my head. I was having to wear headbands or hats to try and cover it up. Since I found your product (ordered the grey) I can now wear my hair like I use to and loving it once again. I find blow drying my hair first then apply the Derm Match dry as I find it gives lift and fullness. I will be happy to send before and after pictures if you want.

The shade is perfect for my medium color hair. It seems to work well after experimenting with it and how to apply it. I always want a root touch up product that was safe, organic for my hair line as I now have receding hair line. I hope this is it.

I use it only on the front hairline. The color matches well. I don't think it lasts into the evening. I tried it dry at first. Then I read the directions. Booklet was very helpful.

Your applicators are small and hard to get good coverage. I ordered some larger ones from Amazon. Hopefully these will solve the problem. Regards
