I called within days of receiving the product to explain how unsuitable it was for my situation. It turned my scalp orange and was quite noticeable under my taupe colored hair. It also felt greasey and unnatural on my scalp . I requested a refund and was told it was not necessary to return the product my refund would be returned to my card and no further products would be shipped. I certainly hope that is an accurate description of how my feedback was handled. If not I’ll be disputing this through my credit card company.

I was pleasantly surprised at how well it worked and how well the color actually matched my hair. It does need some reapplication/touch-up on a daily basis as some of it comes off through the day or after a shower (no soap), but, it’s never a dull reapplication. I would definitely buy again.

I’m still having difficulty applying it evenly without getting it all in my hair. I had also hoped that it would cover the scar from the Mohs surgery I had years ago to remove skin cancer from my scalp near the front hairline but it doesn’t. The scar tissue is white and the product doesn’t stick to it.

I love the product, it has allowed me to wear my hair down once again. I have worn my hair up for over twenty years and with a little careful application of your product I am free to wear it down, once again. I am overall very happy with the way this product works. The only thing that I don't like about it is that it stains whatever my head touches. I use the product (medium brown) on the back of my head and when I lie back on a couch, or use a pillow, it will leave a mark. I know that it will wash out, but it can be embarrassing when it happens when I am a guest in someone's home. Even for people who use it on the top of their head, it will stain a ball cap that they may wear. I know it will wash out, so that's good, but if there was some kind of sealer that you could spray over it to keep it from rubbing off and staining things, that would be better. Thanks.
