I've been using the product for several years in place fibers. Much better product, anyways. Easy to apply. Looks much more natural. Seems to be somewhat, water resistant. Very happy.

I ordered 2 colors, Light Brown and Grey because I'm in the middle. Unfortunately, the Light Brown applied looks orangey and I cannot use but the Grey works fine. It's a very good product once you've got the correct color.

The applicator is harder to use than it appears on the video. I am using it to fill in areas where my hair is thinning and really have to rough up my hair to get coverage. Thinking I will get better at this with more practice.

It isn't showing enough on my scalp to make it worth the trouble and I think it is not feasible to have the quantity of distilled water in the shower that I would need to rinse my hair. When I originally read about needing the distilled water I thought it was for wetting the applicator - not rinsing the hair.

Your silver is more grey. I have silver and it dulls it. That being said it works better than I thought it would.

This product is an absolute miracle! It covers like nothing I’ve ever used before. Once applied, my hair looks so full and natural and looks even better each day I leave it on. Very thankful for such product. I have alopecia ariata, thus the back of my head has numerous bald patches. This product helps to hide it 100% and in result, I am able to go out in public without fear of being stared at.

My husband is 76 and used to have beautiful, thick, grey/black hair. He now has a terminal neurological disorder and his hair is now thinning. The color match is good and it blends well. I’m disappointed in the hardiness of it. It does rub off unlike in the video demonstration. I’m still getting the technique down so if you have any suggestions

I purchased Dermatch because my hair is thinning on top and I wanted to camouflage my scalp from peeping thru. It was fairly easy to apply, stayed in place, and was a good color match. But it left my hair feeling kind of waxy and looking dull. Preferred it way over the sprinkle on hair fibers I used in the past.

DermMatch is PERFECT for me; it's exactly what I was looking for. I have quite a bit of hair but it's thinning and I was really struggling to cover up the open places on my scalp. The DermMatch covered these areas completely and stayed on without any problem until I washed it out and then reapplied it. GREAT product. I would not have purchased it if the product was loaded with chemicals and/or dyes so I am a really happy camper. DermMatch is very easy to apply, works as advertised and I would highly recommend it!

At first when I bought your product, I was not willing to take advantage of your generous offer, buy 3 get 1 free, since I was not familiar with your product. I bought 1 for myself to try and a week later I bought 1 for my sister-in-law as a gift. Obviously I would not have done so if I wasn't satisfied with your product. As a senior on a budget, I cannot spend approximately $150 dollars all at once, in order to get 1 free..... especially since I just spent approximately $100 dollars to try your product for myself and then buy another color as a gift, for a family member. I was sad not to be able to take advantage of your generous offer......

Awesome product!! I probably need another color to do better blending, but for now I use it lightly. The first time I used it, I used way too much. But everyone thought I just dyed my hair!! Plus, I slept in it and took a shower and styled it as usual. Glad I found your product! thanks again!

I am highly pleased with your product. My hair is very thin and bald in many spots. I first used a powder and it was pretty good but then discovered DermMatch and that was the end of the powder. I have not used DermMatch more than two or three times and find it a little difficult to do my whole head by myself, trying to hold the brush and mirror, while applying the DermMatch. I am sure it will get a little easier with time. I love the body and volume this product gives. You are a lifesaver!

I previously (4 yrs. ?) purchased the silver color which really worked well but was lighter than my own mixed grey hair. I recently purchased black thinking to darken the silver color, but it didn't work out to look natural; It just turned out too dark and no longer looked gray no matter how little black I used. I will at some point soon need to purchase more silver. I didn't think I was eligible to get a refund/exchange as I am not a new customer. It does cover my bald spots quite nicely.

I have been buying your product for many years and don’t leave home without it. I’ve never had a bad experience with DermMatch! Is the density of the powder a bit different? This is not a complaint. I use it dry and love the new consistency as it seems a bit easier to apply and blend. Thank you!

I think the product has promise, but the color wasn't a good match for me at all. The "medium brown" essentially looked red. I have used other products to conceal hair loss , and the medium brown they offer is a much better match for my hair color. I ended up requesting a refund for the DermMatch product, but I would be willing to try it again if you're able to improve the medium brown so that it doesn't have such a strong red tone.
