I previously (4 yrs. ?) purchased the silver color which really worked well but was lighter than my own mixed grey hair. I recently purchased black thinking to darken the silver color, but it didn't work out to look natural; It just turned out too dark and no longer looked gray no matter how little black I used. I will at some point soon need to purchase more silver. I didn't think I was eligible to get a refund/exchange as I am not a new customer. It does cover my bald spots quite nicely.

I have been buying your product for many years and don’t leave home without it. I’ve never had a bad experience with DermMatch! Is the density of the powder a bit different? This is not a complaint. I use it dry and love the new consistency as it seems a bit easier to apply and blend. Thank you!

I think the product has promise, but the color wasn't a good match for me at all. The "medium brown" essentially looked red. I have used other products to conceal hair loss , and the medium brown they offer is a much better match for my hair color. I ended up requesting a refund for the DermMatch product, but I would be willing to try it again if you're able to improve the medium brown so that it doesn't have such a strong red tone.

I found the color I picked from the color chart was 1 or2 shades too dark. I even used a lock of freshly cut hair to choose the color. I am not even sure if going lighter one step would be light enough or maybe two shades lighter than the color chart choice. The product worked fine. I just had to remove it because it looked black against my dark brown hair.

Meets all expectations. Shade is perfect match for my particular silver-gray hair mix. Using the correct technique of product application, the result is the most realistic balding camouflage I have found yet. When used in concert with laser & chemical hair regrowth products that provide a short-hair base for application, the result is actually astounding, a very natural look with minimal comb-over needed.

This product is the best one of its type on the market. Even my beautician agrees. I've used other products with reasonable success, but DermMatch has delivered the best results. The head area where I use the product is almost completely bald (although the rest of my scalp is full of fairly thick hair) making styling and concealing quite a challenge. But only my stylist and a close friend or two even know, and no one else seems to even notice the hair loss at all. I also use some sprinkle-on artificial hair fibers to finish off the style, but the most important part of the process and final result is due to my use of DermMatch. Finding this product has been a blessing.

The product is not effective unless you at least have thin hair areas. If a part of the scalp is too bald, such as the crown, it will not do anything positive by itself.

I use caboki powder and thought I would try this after seeing the ad. I didn’t care for it at all. When I used root booster it came off, I tried using hair gel with it and it seemed greasy. I also wasn’t able to get it to look natural around my hairline. Just not a good fit for me

I am more satisfied with the product than I thought I would be even based on the marketing "hype" which actually is fact. It goes on easy, doesn't irritate my scalp, looks natural, provides good coverage and when also used on my beard it doesn't transfer to my shirt collar as easy as other products I've used.

I love DermMatch Hair Loss Concealer. I’ve tried many other hair thinning products powders, sprays, fibers from other companies and they all have been messy and I find my whole bathroom covered with a film of the powder also the powders and fibers gets in my eyes and irritates them all day. But DermMatch is awesome, it goes on wet so there’s no mess and I only have to use a little so it last me a lot longer than some other products. Other products have plug up the follicles and I was finding my hair to be brittle and not as healthy as it should be but with DermMatch my hair seems to be growing healthier. Thank You for making this product I will be ordering more. Robb

What I like is that after I apply it to thin areas I can brush my hair and the color spreads and blends the hair for a seamless appearance. What I don't like much is that it makes your hair look very dry. I use wipes to remove any excess to try and remedy this issue. Any ideas?

DermMatch did what it said it would do. With thinning hair that was noticeable around the part of my hair, this product is great. I got the light brown and blonde. The light brown is a little reddish, so mixing it with the blonde was perfect. I use it dry, like a powder, with a small brush to apply. It’s nice not to be self conscious about seeing my scalp through my hair.
