The lid on my product is very loose, I have to rubber band it together. Anyway you can send me a new lid that might fit tighter? Great product and thank you for caring enough to send out a survey. Great customer service.

i received the product quickly and i am thrilled with the effect. After years of trying to hide thinning hair i am amazed at the difference this makes. Took me forever to apply. Maybe if I had hair that was 1/2 inch or so like the guy in the video but I am a female and my hair is chin length and it took me forever to apply. I guess more practice would help. Will try again. Really was hoping I'd be happier. Still on the fence!

I've used once and had hard time getting product to adhere to scalp. Seems that it might work better if someone else applied for me but I don't have that option. Will try again this weekend and see if I can get it to work after rinsing hair with distilled water.

Can this be used on beards? I ordered the dark brown it's a little too dark almost black. I've been using another product. Their dark brown matches better but doesn't last as long. I thought I would give this a try still experimenting on using it dry versus wet.

I have been using Dermmatch for many years and won’t leave the house without it. It’s a wonderful product for thinning hair! Always receive my order promptly and customer service is excellent also. I recently ordered two disks and somehow doubled my order online. I realized my mistake when Dermmatch emailed me my order confirmations. I emailed them explaining my error and it was taken care of within hours.

My only concern is that it might actually be causing me to lose more hair. It otherwise seems to work great. Do you have any solid research that proves there is nothing in dermmatch that would cause additional or accelerated hair loss (compared to whatever might be happening naturally)? It would reassure me that I'm doing the right thing if you can provide such research. Thanks.

Love it! Makes my color-treated hair thick and rich and blends perfectly into the scalp. Really like the applicators, they give you a lot of control over the process.
