I have been using this product for a few years now, and I am always happy with the quality and consistency of how it performs. I always recommend it to people with hair loss or thinning hair issues. I absolutely love how long it lasts, the coverage it gives me, the fact that it does not run or stain anything that comes into contact with it. Overall, an excellent product!

I was very satisfied. There is only one drawback I can think of. When I apply it, it gets all over the bathroom. It gets all over the basin, the bathmat, and even the floor. I've been using old towels to clean it up. It still stains everything and requires some elbow grease to remove. Also, I am thinning so much, it's difficult to get good coverage. I still get decent coverage, but, it's difficult. I'm afraid I'll have to start using a wig.

I have been a DermMatch customer for years and have always been satisfied. I've recommended the product to both friends and stylists. This time I purchased both the light brown and platinum blond because I thought I might be able to blend them into the dark blond hair I've now grown into (I'm 81 years old). That doesn't work. Try to develop a shade between the two for folks like me. That would be great. Beside my age, I'm also having to take meds following breast surgery which has contributed to my hair thinning. Your product gives me confidence that I don't look too bad. Thanks

Lost my wife some months ago and find myself in rather troubling times, both emotionally AND financially. I was speaking with someone about my DermMatch usage and we agreed that for now it is pretty much the best of questionable choices for cosmetically mitigating the hairloss matter. But I've got to be frank- it's pricey for a widower like myself on a fixed income, and I can't always afford to buy THREE to get that savings. Isn't there something you can do to help me here?

I actually have used the product for several years, now I am mixing two of the colors in order to get the results I want. Had tried a couple other products, but this one (or should I say 2) has been the best.

I have been using your product for at least 5-6 years now and have 2 issues with the brushes. A. The new applicator brush handle is too long. The old one was able to easily fit into the case. I see how the longer brush can be easier to use but its a pain to store so I'm not sure if something with a hinged handle would make sense. I'm sure people would pay a bit extra for this. It is nice that you give 3 brushes. B. The brushes foam/material easily depletes in certain areas (I push down to get the powder in there). This happened only after 3 uses and it seems like the brushes will get used up fast. Is there way to order replacement brushes ?

1. How wet should the sponge be to apply on the scalp. Is it better to apply on wet hair or dry hair for maximum results. 2. The product leaves residue on my pillow covers when sleeping. How best to apply to avoid this. 3. Do you have promotion on the products pricing during the year?

You need to have a medium brown color that doesn't have so much red in it. The medium brown I bought looks OK indoors, but outside it looks completely fake.

I have been using DermMatch for a long time. To me, it is a lifesaver. I have very thinning hair on the top of my head and front sides. This really does the trick to conceal balding spots. Thank you for your product.

Very nice product. I think the powder gets everywhere. i use Targets Green Method cleaner to remove the powder from walls and floor. Again, the old applicators were better. Again, the new ones do not hold much of the product. I am running out of original applicators. Can I get more?

Yes the purchase and response was well executed. Just one thing, in the fill of address, what comes up in the summary after money is paid. seems slightly different, bits are truncated, for area and country. Hence each time I would have to email you to confirm. So please display exactly what was typed. otherwise I would worry it would not arrive and have to be redelivered again. Thanks

I think it did not work as well as I was hoping for because I don't have enough hair on the top of my head. my wife did not notice any difference to me it looked like I was painting my scalp white. was not happy with the results

WHY is the light brown and medium brown so RED? The redness makes this otherwise wonderful product completely unusable. I just don't understand it. If someone wanted red, wouldn't they just order red? I hope you will consider altering the formula to take the red out of the brown.

I have been using this product for a while now. My only complaint/concern is how much the price has spiked since I first started buying them. Please consider revising the price. You have a great product but the price is discouraging customers from buying and might soon be too prohibitive for loyal and long-time customers like me. Thank you
