WHY is the light brown and medium brown so RED? The redness makes this otherwise wonderful product completely unusable. I just don't understand it. If someone wanted red, wouldn't they just order red? I hope you will consider altering the formula to take the red out of the brown.

I have been using this product for a while now. My only complaint/concern is how much the price has spiked since I first started buying them. Please consider revising the price. You have a great product but the price is discouraging customers from buying and might soon be too prohibitive for loyal and long-time customers like me. Thank you

I'm still trying to figure out the setting of the sponge applicator do I wet it A LOT and with each stroke I use or just wet once and that's all? I do NOT see the product being applied to my hair really so therefore I'm not sure its really being applied

I love the product. It works well. However, I have significant hair loss and 1 compact lasts me only a month so it is very expensive for me to use. I wish it did last 8 months, but not even close . As a result, I am considering buying wigs. For what I have spent, I could have purchased many wigs by now .

I have had to put it on heavy as my hair all over is getting very thin. Because of that it gets very wirery the second day after washing it. I use a hairspray from a different manufacture made for a similar product but my hair still sheds fiber sometime when I bend over. Also if I rub my head it will discolor my fingers. It could be the spray from another manufacturer that I use. I want to not have to worry about this stuff. Any suggestions?

the last two times i've ordered it seems like the product is not like it used to be. I found a sink hole in the middle the size of a quarter and the powder seems to be thicker when wet than it used to be. I have to add water way more than before.

It's hard to apply, takes time to put on, stains pillow and hats, I use it with fibers because I can't seem to put on Dermmatch right. Works good with fibers though.

Thank you for sending the product. All the shipment proceedings went well and I've just received the package. Had to wait a bit for the Polish customs office to send the package, but that wasn't too much of a problem. The package arrived to Poland at the end of April, well within the shipping time. I wanted to wait until I tested DermMatch before I responded to this email. I am very impressed with this product. It works exactly as you advertised. I tested it with the conditioner, gel and shampoo I use and it is incredible. I wish I hadn't waited so long before I started using it. Terrific!
