Hi, all is pretty good. After using DermMatch for the first time I realize that I need more of the medium brown (ordered 1) versus the dark brown (ordered 3). Can i send a 1-2 intact/unused dark brown DermMatch to be exchanged for medium brown? Thanks, Bernard

It would be great if loyal customers could receive some type of price break. I have been using the product for years and can't imagine doing without it. I can't afford to buy in multiples for the price break . Maybe a senior discount?

DermMatch is truly an amazing product. I wish I had discovered it sooner. It covers my bald spot at the crown area of my head and makes my thinning hair look fuller, giving my scalp an all natural look. I used to wear a hat 24/7 to hide the fact that I'm going bald. DermMatch has given me the confidence to face the public and go to work without having to wear a hat. People started noticing something was different about me and had no idea I was using a product to disguise my bald spot and thinning hair. For the price I paid, I am more than satisfied. I spent thousands on pills and herbal products, but nothing seemed to work. DermMatch was definitely my last hope, and now I don't need to shave all my hair off. As a former hair transplant nurse I was very skeptical when ordering dermmatch, but I'm beyond thrilled with the results! I've tried so many other products, but this is the first that didn't leave my hair feeling disgusting or looking fake. As a young woman with frontal hair loss, it's so wonderful to find something that successfully hides my shame. This product is awesome. It stays on all day. I use it to cover a patch where hair won't grow on my beard. I used to use and black eyeliner pencil, but DermMatch is way better!

Have used other products for over 30 years. DermMatch in my opinion, covers bald spots as well as when I use those other products together. It's quicker to use and less expensive. Thank you.

The product doesn't completely conceal the bald patches as it should have. However if used with other hair concealers then it gives the hair an upright look.

I don't think this would work well with really short hair but I experienced a definite improvement so I would recommend the product. Just don't expect out of this world results

I've been using DermMatch for several years and LOVE it! It gives my hair a thicker appearance and minimizes the grey without the use of peroxide. I recently went swimming while using it, and I was surprised that it stayed intact. Thank you!

I'm really sorry to say that I am very disappointed with your product. I followed the instructions carefully to make sure I was applying it correctly, and nothing happened. There was powder on the applicator, but none on my scalp. I tried several times using a clean applicator, and using distilled water was useless. Did everything the booklet said, but nothing worked. I will be calling soon to ask for a full refund. I was really excited when I received the DermMatch, couldn't wait to use it. Unfortunately, it did not work for me. Thank you for your time.

I purchased two colours thinking I would need to blend them. The auburn I purchased is too light and comes off looking orange. Can I return this colour as I was not satisfied with the pigment? It made my scalp and roots orange. I had to wash it off and proceed with the medium brown I purchased. Also any suggestions would be wonderful. My hair is an auburn colour.
