The product made my hair look dirty. I tried several times to make sure to use as directions instructed, but there was no helping the fact my hair looked dingy dirty. I will be returning the product this week. Thank you for the opportunity to try your product. I wish it would have worked for me.

I love this product. I have purchased many colors throughout my hair-coloring days. Now that I have gone natural, the silver does the trick. I will never use any other product as DermMatch does an excellent job concealing the thinning spots of my scalp.

this stuff is the best thing for making you look like you have a lot more hair then you actually have. I put this on first thing in the morning and after my hair is dry approximately 15 minutes I add the fibers, I then spray on hair spray and sometimes after that dries I comb my hair and check with a mirror to see if I need to add more fibers, which sticks really good to the hair spray to. when I like the way it looks, I spray with hair spray one final time and I'm good for the rest of the day. I wind up with a full head of hair for the day till I take a shower. The next day I start all over again.

My hair is very thin all over. I use 4 different DermMatch colors! White is for the front where my natural hair color is pretty much white. I blend platinum blond, light brown and dark brown for the rest of my head. I use it DRY. Amazingly, I get many compliments on my hair. Thanks for a great product.

I received it quickly and in good shape BUT the colors just don't match with my hair/scalp. The dark brown at least kind of works. but only from a distance. Up close it's really not good and the black one I ordered is not good for me AT ALL. I only used the black one once. Is it possible to get a refund per the try it risk free clause? I will gladly return the product. I'm sure it is a great product for most it just doesn't work for me.

I couldn't get it to stick to my scalp initially due to the hard water in my home. I then used the distilled water and it started to stick okay but not great. Unfortunately, It doesn't look natural on my hair or scalp. As a matter of fact, one person told me that someone remarked to them that it looked like I had mud in my hair which was very embarrassing to me. I would like to get my money back.

When I apply dermatch the product goes everywhere. My bathroom is all brown but I can't live without this product. I have tried applying it with a wet sponge but that doesn't stick as well and just gets my hair wet after drying it. Any suggestions?
