I would like a refund for the product. It is hard to apply and doesn't look natural to me. I've tried using it as per the instructions and other various methods all with the same outcome. I think it would be extremely helpful for instructional videos to be posted.

It would be nice if it didn't cover up the shine in my hair. It makes my hair look dull, but I will still continue to use it to cover my scalp and just use a hair shine product over it.

like the product very much. Not so much the applicator. The plastic goes deep into the foam and makes it harder on the scalp to spread product. Would like to see more stout foam and the plastic not being so far into the applicator foam. Will try foam makeup wedges such as I have used before. I do like this product Much Better but still working out best application method. A more dense foam would also absorb less water and help avoid the over dark amount of product when first applied.

I have been buying your product for several years, I wish that you would give your dedicated clients a perk every once in a while. Other than that I have never had a problem and enjoy shopping with you. I even gave my stylist some brochures so that she could pass it on. She is amazed at how thick my hair looks knowing exactly how thin I actually am.

I have used distilled water but it takes many coatings and sometimes putting on derm match and then reapplying the next morning to get the look I want. I am bald in many areas and have been to dermatologist. I am taking finesteride pill but I guess this will be me from now on. I don't trust using any other products so I will stick with your product. I wish you would make a lighter brown than what you offer because I am dirty blonde. Thank you for your product

This product does not work well with the moisturizer I use on my hair. I have tried applying the color first and letting it dry completely before applying the moisturizer and I've reversed the order. Neither one works!

Hi, all is pretty good. After using DermMatch for the first time I realize that I need more of the medium brown (ordered 1) versus the dark brown (ordered 3). Can i send a 1-2 intact/unused dark brown DermMatch to be exchanged for medium brown? Thanks, Bernard

DermMatch is truly an amazing product. I wish I had discovered it sooner. It covers my bald spot at the crown area of my head and makes my thinning hair look fuller, giving my scalp an all natural look. I used to wear a hat 24/7 to hide the fact that I'm going bald. DermMatch has given me the confidence to face the public and go to work without having to wear a hat. People started noticing something was different about me and had no idea I was using a product to disguise my bald spot and thinning hair. For the price I paid, I am more than satisfied. As a former hair transplant nurse I was very skeptical when ordering dermmatch, but I'm beyond thrilled with the results! I've tried so many other products, but this is the first that didn't leave my hair feeling disgusting or looking fake. This product is awesome. It stays on all day. I use it to cover a patch where hair won't grow on my beard. I used to use and black eyeliner pencil, but DermMatch is way better!

Have used other products for over 30 years. DermMatch in my opinion, covers bald spots as well as when I use those other products together. It's quicker to use and less expensive. Thank you.
