I should have ordered brown instead of light brown, it's not as easy to use as described. I have alopecia and it doesn't cover some spots.

Harder to use than I thought. Not enough detailed directions for applying. Have thin areas on crown and back of head, very difficult to apply. Need instructional video to watch. Thanks

I love your product, but have noticed that it's coming off easier than it used to. As the day goes on, dark brown is on my face and ears and even my shirt. I have lived in NY, CA and FL using it. I have been using this product for decades.

Covers the area well when applied correctly but you can't scratch your head or touch the areas because it will make your fingers the color of the product.

I was so excited to use your product for the first time! However, I picked med brown and when I applied it I realized it's too dark for me. My hair color is a bit more on the burgundy side, so I'm thinking perhaps the red might be a better choice? Advice?

It arrived in perfect condition, it presents well in the packaging. I was expecting more of a powdery application. It does cover where applied, the sponge applicator needs to be loaded up more often than I thought would be needed. Each time the sponge applicator is applied to the scalp, it is very area specific. Where as the powder applicator type, seems to spread out a little more and appear more natural. I definitely will continue to use it and hopefully it is just my lack of mastering the application that is at fault.

The product is great if you have hair in the area you are applying to. What made your product stand out that it was waterproof. Marginal in large bare areas.

I guess I will have to learn to use it and it may get easier. I will keep using DermMatch on days that I have time to apply it until its gone, who knows maybe I will discover a few tricks along the way to make it easier and I may grow to like the product even more.

Product does not work well with certain types of water. Even when distilled water is used to rinse hair/scalp product is difficult to apply and get to stick especially when damp. Does best when used dry. Otherwise your customer support and product itself seems high quality but is more temper mental to use than I expected.

The product is good, I just find it hard to apply. The rubbing has to be quite energetic for it to stay on. I think I will use aloe vera gel next time instead of water to dampen the applicator. I think it will work better like that. Thanks, Iwona
