I am requesting a refund to my visa account. This product did not work at all as described. Of course, I was extremely disappointed after spending a great deal of time on the areas of my scalp that didn't have hair. I will challenge this product with my Visa account bank card if I'm not reimbursed and also write a true to life review. I am a 64 yr. old female with thinning hair. About 4 years ago I stopped dying my hair and am now silver. Since going natural my scalp appears very pink and makes my hair appear very thin. For years I have used a competing product that does consist of fibers. I have been happy with that product, it fills in the thin area making my hair appear much thicker. However, the product is messy, goes quickly and can fall out on my clothes. I decided to give DermMatch a try even though it was quite a bit more expensive. I am happy I did! The coverage is good, it's easy to apply, gives my hair a thicker feel and I'm thinking will last longer. There is still a little fall out on my sink from the powder (I use it dry) but nothing like the other product. I am very happy I tried DermMatch and most likely will continue to use your product.

Too much red in the medium brown. Looks ok indoors but completely fake in outdoor sunlight. You should start making a medium ash brown that doesn't have so much red tint in it.

I have always used couvre so this was a learning curve. It is a good product if applied correctly. Once on, the product stays in place for a few days. I wish there was a color between dark a bit lighter shade of dark brown. It looks black on my head so I have to be careful. I am very thankful this is available. There is no such thing as that perfect solution.

i have very little hair on the crown area and i haven't been able to fully make it look natural. I think this product only works for people with a lot of thinning hair not sparse thinning hair like mines.
