I like the way the product cover the scalp but the stuff also when is dry it’s still messy, my hand came out black every time I touch my hair also if I do it smoothly, I tried different shampoo and I have use also distilled water as suggested, how can we fix the problem?

In the past I did not wet the product, I put it on dry. After wetting the product and after several uses it hardened and the product does not come off onto the sponge applicator as well as it should.

Does not adhere to scars. I have lichen planopilaris and using distilled water as recommended did not cover the scars on my scalp. It also caused some irritation. I had to call for a credit. Wish they would develop a spray that would adhere to scarring forms of alopecia.

The product came very quickly. It helps a lot as my hair is very thin on top. I purchased the grey and it covers the pink scalp after brushing it through. Love it and will order more.

Works pretty well, though I find it beads up when I wash my hair, and since I am losing hair I don't like to have to rub it too much, as this make more fall out. Have you heard this before, and any suggestions?

I am a 68 year old white male and have a good amount of thinning on the crown and back areas of my head. I have found that liberally applying the product (dry) with a large makeup brush to these areas darkens my scalp enough to give the appearance of a fuller head of hair. Some of the product residue does attach to my remaining hair, making it a bit thicker. It's part of my daily routine now.
