This is my first order with the new applicators. My experience is that the applicators have to be changed out often in order to work well. I have a large scalp area requiring coverage so I run through quite a few applicators. Needless to say I was disappointed to only receive a few of the new applicators. The only difference in the old versus new applicators is a slightly larger application area and new/fixed applicator handle. I would much prefer to receive many of the simple (but effective old applicators) over the few new version applicators. I realize you offer free applicators upon request, but there is still a cost in the form of inconvenience and postage charges. This complaint aside, I will say I would never go out in public without a hat/cap but for this product, so it is a blessing to me.

I have a bit of difficulty applying product. I am using a moist applicator but it still seems very dry like a powder. Should I use more water? Also I use mousse before drying and styling. When should I apply your product?

I love this stuff. It makes my hair look thicker and there's no bald spots. It's a wonderful product. Maybe sometime in the future you will have a light, light grey. Also, I use it dry then brush it thru my hair to distribute it evenly. I may get your color grey, which was a tad to dark and mix it with my white. Might work, huh? Thank you so much for you're great product

I have been using Dermatch for more than 10 years. Therefore I'm very satisfied. However the number of applicators sent with the box is usually not enough. Therefore I would appreciate to have some extra applicators if possible. Thank you .

I have Alopecia and am very self conscious about going out in public. I have tried several covering products which were either messy to put on or messy to take off. Your product is absolutely the best I have found, no mess, goes on quick and stays put all day. Washes out quickly at night. I used to wear a hat even indoors and refused promotions because I felt so self conscious going to meetings. Now I have my confidence back and my promotion and wear a hat a lot less. Thanks for giving me my life back!

DermMatch has absolutely changed the way I feel about myself! I was hesitant to use DermMatch and it sat in my bathroom closet for several months! I think it's a fantastic product, works better and looks more natural than I would have believed. I bought 2 colors to blend, but I regret not buying a 3rd,black which would have created an even better blend. I want to walk up to women who are strangers with thinning hair and tell them about this great product. It has helped me cope with the shock and angst of developing alopecia areata as I can now feel confident about not showing. Thank you!

It works excellent. I use it as a base first on the entire top of my head. After it dries I then add fibers powder or any of the other same type powders. This gives a 3 dimensional look that you need. Together it comes out perfect. Either one alone is not nearly as good. But if you were to just one, then DermMatch would be the choice. After I'm done applying both of these, I use hair spray to keep it looking that way. you can even swim with this stuff on and it doesn't come off. When you shower with soap and water then it comes off which I do before bed. It makes you look like you have at least 3 or 4 times as much hair as you actually have. So that's my routine, shower before bed, DermMatch in the morning, after it dries apply fibers, then apply hair spray to hold it there and you're done till your shower before you go to bed. It takes about 1/2 hr to do the whole thing. I do the whole top of my head cause it makes my hair so thick that I can't hardly comb it. It's an amazing combination of products for people with thin hair.
